PRA Conversion Kits

3hr emergency lighting conversion kits. Specifically designed for Low Mercury/Amalgam type fluorescent lamps and are also suitable for with Free Mercury type lamps.

PRA Remote enclosures

To suit emergency applications where the PRA conversion kits cannot be housed integrally within the luminaire. Liteplan can supply remote enclosures to suit. Remote packs are supplied as standard, housed within single flame retardant ABS enclosure.

The LLS range:

LLS/6 Conversion Kit

3hr emergency lighting conversion kits. Specifically designed for low mercury fluorescent lamps and use within low profile extrusions where required. Providing continuous lamp cathode heating. 4-pole change over relay plus additional 5th pole for HF ballast isolation.

LLS Remote Enclosures

To suit emergency applications where the LLS conversion kits cannot be housed integrally within the luminaire. Liteplan can supply remote enclosures to suit. Remote packs for the LLS are supplied as standard, housed within a two part galvanised metal and flame retardant ABS battery enclosure.

The VIG range:

VIG Conversion Kits

VIG / T5 Conversion Kits

LCB Inverters

A range of AC/DC inverters to suit 24, 50 or 110V central battery systems. Designed to operate all 4-pin fluorescent lamp wattages and circuits. 4-pole change over relay plus additional 5th pole for HF ballast isolation

SI/COR Relay Modules

A changeover/hold off relay module to suit 240V static inverter systems. Designed to operate luminaires that will illuminate normally off a switched lighting circuit.

NDA DALI/Self-Test Conversion Kits

3hr emergency lighting conversion kit with DALI interface and automatic testing function, designed to suit an extremely wide range of LED types and circuits. The NDA automatically adjusts the output LED current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration.

NED Conversion Kits

Liteplan’s NED emergency lighting conversion modules have been specifically designed to convert a wide range of LED types with just two stock items. The standard three cell NED/3 will be the natural choice for converting most standard LED luminaires and arrays, containing from 2 to 20 LEDs in series (6 to 55 Volts) whilst the NED/3/80 extends the voltage range, converting from 2 to 30 LEDs in series (6 to 80 Volts).

The NED range automatically adjusts the output LED current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration. The NED range is compatible with a wide range of lighting LEDs such as Philips Fortimo DLM, SLM and LLM ranges, Bridgelux LS/ES/RS ranges, Citizen 4-41W ranges, GE Infusion, Xicato and many others.

TED Conversion Kits

A 3 hour emergency lighting conversion module designed to power suitable mains lamps (e.g. some GU10 & T8 LED tubes) and high voltage LED boards (50-250V DC). Check with Sales Office for compatibility. The TED automatically adjusts the output LED current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration.

NES Self-Test Conversion Kits

The Liteplan NES Self-Test emergency lighting module is designed to convert a wide range of LED types with two versions. The NES/3 is the popular choice for converting most standard LED luminaires and arrays containing from 2 to 20 LEDs in series, whilst the NES/3/80 extends the range by converting from 2 to 30 LEDs in series.

The NES module is fitting with a microprocessor Self-Test circuit which performs an installation commissioning test, a monthly functional test and an annual full three hour duration test in accordance with BS 5266.

A bi-colour LED is fitted to indicate that the battery is charging, the test status and any fault indication when appropriate.

The NES range automatically adjusts the output LED current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration. The NES range is compatible with a wide range of lighting LEDs such as Philips Fortimo DLM, SLM and LLM ranges, Bridgelux LS/ES/RS ranges, Citizen 4-41W ranges, GE Infusion, Xicato and many others

LED Emergency Kits

A range of 3hr maintained or non-maintained emergency LED drivers that come complete with battery packs and are designed for use with a constant current LED devices. The units are also available in ‘Self Test’ version.

DSP/4 DALI Module

The DSP/4 is a high quality 3 hour switchable maintained DALI LED Emergency Lighting Module designed to be mounted inside a luminaire and form part of any DALI compliant emergency lighting system. The unit is designed to power 1 LED at 700mA in Emergency mode and is supplied with a 4.8V 3Ah Nickel Cadmium Battery pack. If the unit is not connected to a DALI system, it acts as a Self-Test Lighting Module.

S-DSP/4 DALI Module

The S-DSP/4 is a high quality 3 hour switchable maintained DALI LED Emergency Lighting Module with the added advantage of a cable restraint cover for the LED and battery leads. This enables it to pass through a 43mm aperture and form part of any DALI compliant emergency lighting system. The unit is designed to power 1 LED at 700mA in Emergency mode and is supplied with a 4.8V 3Ah Nickel Cadmium Battery pack. If the unit is not connected to a DALI system, it acts as a Self-Test Lighting Module.

HJT Standard Units

MST Self Test Units

A 3hr ‘Self Test’ emergency LED driver designed for 700mA constant current LED devices, supplied complete with NiCd battery packs.

LED/40/NL 110° Beam Angle

A constant current 110° wide beam angle device which can be run at 350mA (1W output) or 700mA (3W output) and incorporate a Bi-Colour LED indicator for green charge healthy and red self test function.

LED/40/OA Open Area Optic

A constant current 110° wide beam angle device which can be run at 350mA (1W output) or 700mA (3W output) and incorporate a Bi-Colour LED indicator for green charge healthy and red self test function.

LED/40/CO Corridor Optic

A constant current device which can be run at 350mA (1W output) or 700mA (3W output) and incorporate a Bi-Colour LED indicator for green charge healthy and red self test function.

LED/41 110° Beam Angle

A Constant Current 110° wide beam 3 Watt LED c/w bi-colour charge LED. Fitted with coiled springs and available in White (RAL 9016) only. LSZH cable fitted as standard.

LED/20 110° Beam Angle

Panel mounting device with 110° beam angle which can be run at 350mA (1W output) or 700mA (3W output) and incorporate a Bi-Colour LED indicator for green charge healthy and red self test function.

LED/10 60° Beam Angle

A Constant Current 60° Panel Mounting 3 Watt LED with a polished reflector and integral Green & Red LED indicator.

LED/18 60° Beam Angle

Panel mounting device with 60° beam angle which can be run at 350mA (1W output) or 700mA (3W output).

LED/24 110° Beam Angle for Downlights

Downlight device with 110° beam angle which can be run at 350mA (1W output) or 700mA (3W output) and incorporate a Bi-Colour LED indicator for green charge healthy and red self test function.

LED/30 110° Beam Angle for Louvres

Louvre device with 110° beam angle which can be run at 350mA (1W output) or 700mA (3W output) and incorporate a Bi-Colour LED indicator for green charge healthy and red self test function.

LDQ/18/36 LED Array

The LDQ circular plate consisting of a pattern of 36 LEDs designed for both mains & emergency operation.

LDQ/55 LED Array

The LDQ/55 range consists of a symmetrical pattern of 55 LEDs on a metal clad circular plate designed for both mains & emergency operation.

LDQ/2D/17 LED Array

The Liteplan LDQ/2D/17 is an energy efficient replacement LED Panel for a 28W 2D Fluorescent lamp.

ELV 12V range:

ELV/12M Power Supply Units

A 12-Volt Non-Maintained Emergency lighting split pack unit to fit through a 57mm aperture of a mains voltage down lighter. Primarily designed to be used as an auxiliary conversion unit for luminaires where the existing lamps cannot be converted for emergency use i.e G.L.S., discharge lamps etc.

The unit is suitable for both 12 Watt Tungsten Halogen lamps and 12 Volt Constant Voltage LED lamps, up to a maximum 12 Watts, ie MR16 replacements and also some LED Strips.

All units are supplied complete with remote batteries, a 1m Green charge healthy LED indicator and mounting collar. All Non-Maintained units can be converted to Maintained use by using a remote or existing transformer

ELV/12A Power Supply Units

A purpose designed range of 12-Volt power supply units, designed to provide full output in emergency mode and, where required, normal mains lighting via integral or remote low voltage transformer.

ELV/12A/NC Power Supply Units

A 12-Volt non-maintained unit primarily designed, to provide 100% light output when interconnected to a 10 Watt tungsten halogen lamp. The unit is designed for use with G.L.S., discharge or other lamps that cannot be operated by normal emergency lighting.

ELV/12B Power Supply Units

These units are similar to the ELV/12A units but have been specifically designed to pass through the apertures of low voltage downlights. They are designed to provide full output in emergency mode and, where required, normal mains lighting via integral or remote low voltage transformer.

ELV 6V range:

ELV/6A Power Supply Units

A purpose designed range of 6-Volt power supply units, designed to provide reduced output in emergency mode and, where required, 12-Volt for normal mains lighting via integral or remote low voltage transformer.

ELV/6B Power Supply Units

These units have the same specification as the ELV/6A units but have been specifically designed to pass through the apertures of low voltage downlights. They are designed to provide reduced output in emergency mode and, where required, 12-Volts for normal mains lighting via integral or remote low voltage transformer.

ELV/6M Power Supply Units

A purpose designed 6-Volt power supply unit, utilising Valve Regulated Lead Acid battery packs for the emergency supply, specifically designed to pass through an aperture of 72mm and for use within shallow ceiling voids. The unit provides reduced output in emergency mode and, where required, 12-Volt for normal mains lighting via remote low voltage transformer.

ELV/6M/MH Power Supply Units

A 6-Volt power supply unit, utilising a Nickel Metal Hydride battery pack. The kit has been specifically designed to pass through an aperture of 60mm and to be installed within shallow ceiling voids. The unit provides reduced output in emergency mode and, where required, 12-Volt for normal mains lighting via remote low voltage transformer.

MM range:

A range of 3hr emergency lighting conversion packs that have been specifically designed and manufactured to suit a range of ‘mains voltage’ lamps. mPlease ensure that any lamps being run by these units are able to operate on DC.

MMA Conversion Kits

A purpose designed range of wall mounted enclosures, designed to provide full output in emergency mode and, where required, normal mains lighting.

MMB Conversion Kits

A purpose designed split pack unit to fit through a 52mm aperture of a mains voltage downlighter. The unit has been designed to provide full output in emergency mode and, where required, normal mains lighting.

MMB/LA Conversion Kits

A more powerful version of the MMB unit, designed to fit through either a 70mm or 90mm aperture of a mains voltage downlighter. The unit has been designed to provide full output in emergency mode and, where required, normal mains lighting.
